Webb is Only Confirmed Transfer Portal Departure, Kickoff on Portal is Monday

STILLWATER – Very little rumored transfer portal activity on Sunday, but you can expect things to break out big on Monday. The NCAA Transfer Portal window for Division I, II, and III football doesn’t open until Monday and players interested in entering will be looking for members of the compliance staff at their schools in order to officially enter the portal.
