STILLWATER – Good news as far as roster stability and older players returning for the 2024 season. One of the best players on the Oklahoma State offensive line this season has been center Joe Michalski. In the Bedlam game this season Michalski graded out really high and in the Kansas game he graded out higher than any college football center in the country with Pro Football Focus. The Kansas City, Kan.

I hope our NIL and PWP initiatives are good for the other OLine players too, especially the younger guys, or we may lose a few due to all the returning starters...

that's my fear anyway.... there is no way to know what is being offered to the kids or what their mindsets may be.

Now, NIL and the Pokes with a Purpose collective and the OL600 program have made it so Michalski will be back in 2024 working on a graduate degree rather than taking the that job offer.

What is the OL600 program? I don't think I've seen that before.

When you donate to pokes with a purpose you can put OL600 on it. That designation put it's strictly to the OL for NIL.

Thanks, somehow I missed that.

This could bode well for our future Doak Walker award winner coming back as well as possibly grabbing a good Bowman replacement in the portal. A Qb that can run some would with Gordon run pass option. Unbeatable

I agree, a QB who can run some would be really nice. Not sure if they are looking for a portal QB with Bowman potentially returning.

"mobile QB" = Yes.

Running QB = No.

I wouldn't hate Will Howard at all, but I'm doubtful he stays in the Big 12.

Not sure how reliable Poke Scoop is but they reported on X "Ollie got his bag and is staying in Stillwater next season"

I have a question, when will Isaiah Kema be available? I believe he is on a mission. How long is that process?

Without looking it up, Mission's are typically 2 years.

EDIT: okay I looked it up

Single men serve missions for two years and single women serve missions for 18 months. Missionaries receive their assignment from Church headquarters and are sent only to countries where governments allow the Church to operate.
