Kobe Hylton Has Emerged as a Strong Portal Target

STILLWATER – Later this week Kobe Hylton will be another entry into the NCAA Transfer Portal to come through Stillwater and Oklahoma State University for a visit. Hylton is right in line with how the Cowboys staff has engineered connections and inside knowledge into bringing in players out of the portal that fit the Cowboy culture and that can really play football.
