Walk-Ons Are the Backbone of this Team and Gundy Continues to Praise What They Do

STILLWATER – Before Oklahoma State players left almost a week ago on spring break there were some financial NIL rewards that went out to the non scholarship players, the walk-ons on the Cowboys football team. It has long been stressed and proven over and over again the value of having a strong, determined, and talented corps of walk-on players.

If a player like Collin can step up and offer to give up some of his financial help to help his teammates, perhaps we as fans can up our game and offer more support to the NIL collective. Supporters/Fans are really just another part of the team culture here at OSU, so live ORANGE and contribute to NIL!

maybe if the school published some goals, or a total amount needed to endow a certain payment to every player (in all sports), then maybe.

but I'm not just sinking money into a black hole with no understanding of the impact, if any.
