STILLWATER – New Oklahoma State basketball coach Steve Lutz is gradually filling a roster. The news came on Thursday that veteran super senior guard Javon Small is gone as he is transferring to West Virginia, but Lutz went out from the beginning and got a guard in the transfer portal he was familiar with in Florida International guard Arturo Dean. The 5-11, 163-pound guard is quick as a cat and led the NCAA in steals with 104 last season.
