STILLWATER – Oklahoma State basketball is set to open its 2024-25 season against a familiar face. According to a report from Jon Rothstein, Steve Lutz and Co. will open the season at home against Green Bay and new head coach, Doug Gottlieb.

As of right now, there aren’t too many non-conference games on the Pokes’ schedule. Other this Green Bay to start the season, the Cowboys are reported to play in the upcoming Charleston Classic, along with Florida Atlantic, Miami, Seton Hall, Texas A&M and VCU, with the match-ups yet to be announced.

The only other game that’s been announced, the only one officially announced up to this point, is the Big 12/Big East Battle against Seton Hall on December 8 in New Jersey. TV details and the tipoff time have yet to be announced.

This is the start of the time of year you’re going to start seeing more and more non-conference games announced for the Pokes.
