Jordan Covington Set to Announce Commitment 8 p.m. Saturday
Could Oklahoma State land one of its top defensive line targets in the 2025 class? Jordan Covington, defensive lineman out of McKinney (TX) HS, announced on Twitter he’ll be making his commitment decision Saturday at 8 p.m. CT.
OSU DL coach Paul Randolph offered Covington back on May 3 and Covington took an official visit to Stillwater this weekend.
This would be a great addition to the class for the Pokes as Covington lived in the backfield at McKinney this past season as a junior. He recorded 22 tackles through 12 games, 19 of which were solo stops, including 7.0 tackles for loss, six sacks, 24 quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and one pass break up.
Covington checks in at 6-4, 250 pounds and currently holds offers from Cincinnati, Kansas, Missouri, Tulsa and UTEP among others.
