Dickey Sees the Layers and the Ample Maturity of Oklahoma State O-Line

STILLWATER – Everybody is saying it. Phil Steele, the most accurate college football preseason magazine in the country, lists the Oklahoma State offensive line fourth in the nation and first in the Big 12. Lindy’s ranks the Cowboys offensive line fifth in the country, first in the Big 12, and center Joe Michalski the fifth best center in college football. Athlon’s has the Pokes offensive line ninth in the nation and tops in the Big 12.

Starting to remind me of 2011!!! Only two defensive line units were able to match up and slow down the OSU offense that year, and NO Iowa State wasn't one of them even though we lost the game!!! The only two were Texas A&M and Stanford in the Fiesta Bowl!!!

We were at that Stanford game.......my favorite bowl game!

I'm so happy for Dickey and the entire offensive line, and all current offensive linemen

Dickey has proven beyond a doubt that he can develop an offensive line, and also demonstrated his ability to hire offensive line help when he got the opportunity.

I'm so excited to see what this group of guys can do, and one of the first times in a while that I'm not as concerned if we suffer some injuries along the way.

This is the unit I'm most looking forward to seeing this fall. The number of experienced seniors, the second set of talented young back ups. If we can give Ollie gaps and Bowman time, good things will happen!

Been a long time (Wick years) since we had a top 2 or 3 OL in Big XII. We may have #1 this year. Certainly back in top 2 or 3 you have to think.
