Fall Camp Hits Third Day and Good to Have Nickolas Martin Good to Go

The first day in shoulder pads and some hitting for the Cowboys. Great day to keep an eye on Nick Martin.

STILLWATER – It is not football, it is not fall camp until the first inside drill. Inside drill is the offensive line, tight end, and backfield against the front seven of the defense and usually one safety, the strong safety. Friday’s practice the first in pads led to the first inside drill and it was worth watching. On the very first play, linebacker Nick Martin made a b-line to the A gap and was in the backfield to stop Ollie Gordon II before he could get to the line of scrimmage.
