Oklahoma State Football off Day, so When Better to Focus on Critical Battle for Back-up QB

STILLWATER – Wednesday was an off day for the Oklahoma State football team. There were a couple of hours of meetings and the intent of the off day, besides that the NCAA mandates it, is to give the team a chance to review. A chance to watch the last two days of practice, see what is right and what is definitely wrong, then come out on Thursday and get it right, be better. 

Fall camp is for improvement and it is for competition and there are plenty of position battles going on.

Have we ever been this deep with QB talent, ever? I am 71 years old. An alum and a dedicated follower of Cowboy football and I cannot recall this kind of depth. Heck, not just a QB but in numerous positions. So pumped...LET'S GO!!!!

depth and experience at starters.

do we even have a position with kids that have not played in a game at OSU?

and like you said, on top of that many on the depth chart have played a fair amount of football at OSU.
