STILLWATER – Last December Rashod Owens stood on the stage inside NRG Stadium having just caught 10 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns with his entire family there to watch. Owens was clutching the TaxAct Texas Bowl MVP trophy and finishing a season with 63 receptions for 895 yards and five touchdowns.
