STILLWATER – One of my favorite people is Oklahoma State football analyst and longtime college veteran coach Chris Thurmond. I like to call Coach Thurmond my Yoda after the character in Star Wars. Thurmond has forgotten more football than I’ll ever know, but he may have forgotten more history than I’ll ever know. The two of us share the love of history and especially military history.

A question Robert, and I am not trying to be a smart azz or taking a shot at anyone, but are the offensive coaches, Kasey Dunn and his staff also in the room listening to Coach Thurmond???

Very nice piece on building the mind set needed to perform at our best. The coaches need to heed the lesson as well as the players, we need more deception in our offensive game plan, consecutive quarter back runs in the red zone by Bowman was ridiculous, it had zero chance of success.
