Defensive Review: Finishers Needed as That Appears to Be the Problem

Watching the video from West Virginia, again, I see players put in position to make plays and finish plays. Too many times they don't get it done.

STILLWATER – Okay, all I can do is evaluate the video and give my opinion and that’s what I do. When it comes to the defensive performance, schematics, and effort the Cowboys had a chance to fair so much better in the loss to West Virginia even without the strong playmaking ability of edge rusher/linebacker Collin Oliver and middle linebacker Nick Martin. In fact, Jeff Roberson playing at the mike linebacker in place of Martin gave a strong effort.
