STILLWATER – Reading through the team stats for the season it doesn’t take a highly observant person to notice the pattern or lack thereof. Oklahoma State rushed for 149-yards in the opener with South Dakota State, 59-yards vs. Arkansas, 129-yards at Tulsa, 48-yards against Utah, 126-yards at K-State, and then a season low 36-yards vs. West Virginia. Not what was expected at all.

Kawecki was very good! It also time to get Davis Dotson in at the other guard spot! In fact it may be time to let the two younger more talented guys like Kawecki and Dotson take over those guard spots full time!!!

If Kaweki actually preformed well, then why did the coaching staff take so long to give him a chance?

If I were that clairvoyant and could read minds I would be a multimillionaire!!!

we have lots of guys that performed well. Kaweki subbed at both guard positions, a role that Brooks played before he left the team, and that Miterko was serving. Kaweki is listed as backup center position, but is clearly versatile.

Getting Springfield back was huge, and as he said, Kaweki "didn't miss a beat" (compared to the regular starter at that position).

and Kaweki has played this season, and also played last season, so he's been given chances all along.

2023 (Freshman): A first team Academic All-Big 12 selection ... Saw action in six games, playing against Arizona State, West Virginia, Cincinnati, UCF, BYU and Texas A&M ... Saw the most playing time in the win over Cincinnati, playing double-digit snaps at center.

You forgot something, just see how much better this offensive line group could be with both Kaweicki and Davis Dotson manning the guard positions! Ask Robert he will let you in on that one!!!

I did not forget anything. We would be better if the FB could block, and the freshman TE could block and could get open. And WR downfield blocking is not good. Rowers, THAT is what we need, not shuffling the chairs on the titanic.

oh, and the whole fan attitude towards the team would change if we didn't have our best defenders out, and were not playing that silly odd-man front.

We need some defensive turnovers. Shuffling Oline players is the least of our troubles

Fan attitude would change if we had competent coordinators on either side of the ball. Dickey, Nardo and Dunn need to go.

I give you credit, and a STAR, at least you see part of the problem namely an O line Coach sticking way too long with veteran players that CAN'T GET IT DONE ANYMORE!!! Also, the young freshman tight end through a viscous wham block ,where he crosses back over the tackle to help seal the edge which sprung Ollie loose for the long touchdown run, watch the replay!!! The other two coaches I don't really know what they are thinking sometimes but the Head Coach has to be getting frustrated with both of those coordinators!!!
