STILLWATER – Oklahoma State University Athletic Department officials have announced that due to the threat of severe weather on Saturday night the school is moving the 2024 Homecoming game with Arizona State to 2:30 p.m. The game had been scheduled for 6 p.m. and was originally slated to be televised by FS1. On Thursday FOX moved the game to FOX television. The move from 6 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. was based off forecast models and was agreed upon by both programs.

The game, with its new kickoff time, will still air on the FOX broadcast network in Arizona and Oklahoma. The game will also air on FS2 and the FOX Sports App in all markets. The Kansas State-Houston game that is also scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CT will air on FOX in all markets outside of Arizona and Oklahoma and be available on the FOX Sports App to fans in all markets.

It is unusual to change game times, but in recent years has been more common for the safety concerns of participants and spectators alike. The forecast for Saturday calls for rain chances increasing heavily from 4 p.m. on and from 7 p.m. on is near 100 percent rain and possibly severe thunderstorms.

With the football game start time changed, some other relevant information to know:

Shuttles to Boone Pickens Stadium run starting at 11:30 a.m.
