STILLWATER – Muskogee, perfect on the regular season at 10-0 and 7-0 in district sat out the first round of the Class 6A-II first round of the playoffs but will now prepare to host Putnam City (7-4) next week in the second round. This week one of the top players for the Roughers in senior right tackle Miguel Chavez was offered by Mike Gundy and Oklahoma State. The word I heard was the Cowboys head coach really liked the “mean” streak aon dsiplay from Chavez on video.

Are we worried about losing our current QB commit? Or, are they looking at Jamarian Ficklin for another position, with the new 105 player limit a team can only carry so many QB's.

Bad headline writing. Oklahoma State is not recruiting Ficklin. Chavez blocks for Ficklin and Chavez is the offered prospect.
