STILLWATER – We’ve been waiting on this news for a while as Oklahoma State junior linebacker, Nick Martin, has accepted an invitation to the Reese’s Senior Bowl.

This news comes nearly 10 days after Martin declared for the NFL Draft.

Martin finished his career in Stillwater with 195 total tackles, 119 of which were solo stops, 23 tackles for loss, seven sacks, four pass break ups, two forced and fumble recoveries apiece and two interceptions.

Martin spent most of the 2024 season injured but still managed to finish his shortened season with 47 total tackles through five games, including a season-high 16 in the 39-31 double overtime win over Arkansas.

He also had 7.5 tackles for loss, one sack for nine yards, five quarterback hurries, two pass break ups and one forced fumble and recovery in 2024.

His 2023 season was his breakout season where he led the nation in tackles with 140 total stops, 83 of which were solo stops, which were both the most by any Big 12 defender since the 2018 season.

He was voted first team All-Big 12 by both the coaches and the Associated Press and was tabbed an All-American.
