Oklahoma State Offers Tennessee State Wide Receiver Karate Brenson
STILLWATER – It appears Oklahoma State is looking to add another transfer wide receiver this spring as they’ve extended an offer to Tennessee State’s Chevalier “Karate” Brenson.
Brenson, who checks in at 6-2, 215 pounds, is coming off a solid redshirt senior season where he recorded 79 catches for 1,088 yards and six touchdowns. Those numbers are way up from his first two seasons with TSU. Across his 19 games, he had 51 catches for 581 yards and three touchdowns.
He transferred to TSU from Ball State ahead of the 2022 season. He had two catches for 12 yards at Ball State in 2021.
He’s out of St. Louis and Christian Brothers College High, where he had 32 catches for 545 yards and six touchdowns in just six games in 2020. That’s off a 676 yards and seven touchdowns on 44 catches junior season in 2019.
