STILLWATER – It started on Tuesday with sound checks from none other than Cross Canadian Ragweed, the co-headliner and the returning from inactivity band that Red Dirt music lovers are dying to see. It is music to head coach Mike Gundy’s ears.

I know I'm looking forward to it! #1Son, #1DIL, my wife & I will be there on Sunday - all of us are big fans of Cross Canadian Ragweed / Cody Canada, McClure, Boland, LaRue, Turnpike, Red Dirt Rangers since discovering Ragweed about 2001 (ironically, while I was working in Canada). It's always a good time to be back in Stillwater, and this will be especially good. Very happy to support NIL through this. Go Pokes!

I just hope the Stillwater Cops are reasonable and only arrest the really bad apples if any.

They tend to not be a major wet blanket and do not understand that these events bring in money that pays their salaries and buys them new police cars.

hmmm.... either that or they simply enforce the laws. They are typically "reasonable" during football events and tailgating, but this event has the potential to bring in a bunch of undesirables that may not follow the same protocols as the "locals".

I vote enforce the laws and teach the knuckle heads that outrageous behavior will not be tolerated in our communities, not even for "big events".
