Love the Enthusiasm and Competition, But Spring Games Can Be Tricky

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy did an about face last Tuesday when he announced his team needed and was going to have a spring football game. Not a practice, not a drill fest, but a real practice that would go for three quarters, be somewhat physical, and would give him and his staff a better idea of what all these new guys and the young players developing look like in game action.
