NCAA Transfer Portal Slowing Down for Oklahoma State Football?

STILLWATER – The NCAA Transfer Portal activity may be slowing down and for Oklahoma State, honestly, I believe it is.  Obviously, the portal window is closed, so unless a football athlete is a graduate then they can’t go in the portal. Players in the transfer portal are always able to come out.
