Oklahoma State Makes the Cut for No. 1 Prospect in 2027 Class
STILLWATER – Recruiting never stops, and Oklahoma State wrestling is no different as they’ve made the cut for the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2027 class, Melvin Miller.
Miller took to his Instagram account this week to make the announcement.
Along with David Taylor and the Pokes, Miller included Arizona State, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, NC State, Nebraska, Penn State and Pitt.
Teammates with current Oklahoma State 2026 commit, Jax Forrest, Miller competes for powerhouse Bishop McCort in Johnstown, PA.
Miller is ranked third in the country 157 pounds, regardless of class, behind only seniors PJ Duke and Landon Robideau, who will be in Stillwater in the fall. Miller lost to Robideau in the U20 World Team Trials challenge tournament. He also won Fargo in the Junior 157-pound division this past December.
