Oklahoma State Football

A Rough Day All Around, Only the Atmosphere Shined, Offensive Review and Opinions

The loss was historically bad, but the autopsy by game video wasn't as bad as it was in real time and blow by blow.

STILLWATER – I know that I am sentimental and romantic and that a lot of you, especially in situations like this one where Oklahoma State got its’ butt kicked don’t like it. That’s okay. Saturday in Eugene, Ore. for anybody wearing or bleeding orange and black was awful.

I'm afraid we may not have enough money to play this game anymore.

it won't be much longer before they get everybody split into the rich and poor leagues. The NCAA boss already floated a proposal like that last year, and the networks have bought in, already aligning themselves financially behind the SEC and the B1G. The commercials that NBC and ABC backed (funded) specific leagues was blatant and frankly obnoxious. "The SEC on ABC", and NBC had one almost identical for the Big 10.

The networks have already rigged the playoffs to undermine the other conferences and reduce their/our chance at a bye week, so that they can get the matchups that are better for them, and not better for college football.

The ante is supposed to go up to 22 million next year, and increase every year thereafter.

This will all come to pass very quickly once the ACC contract lapses to the point where those teams can afford their buyouts.

I'm fine with that. We don't need to try to keep up with Oregon or Texas. Those days are gone. I just want to go to football games where we play teams that have similar budgets.
