ORLANDO, Fla. – A forceful first half that saw Oklahoma State’s offense mix the run and the pass on the opening drive for a 13 play, 75-yard drive and the quick pass from Zane Flores to Gavin Freeman for the five-yard touchdown was a nice start. The Cowboys defense bent a little but only allowed 131-yards in the first half. Then when Flores broke off and scrambled the six-yards into the end zone in the last minute of the second quarter, Oklahoma State had a 14-0 halftime lead.
