Ja’Qwon Evans, OT, 6-6, 295, Shawnee, Okla. 

Athletic Traits: He is strong with a 415 squat max, 400 deadlift, 200 clean.

High School Honors and Statistics: Consensus 3-star prospect, Voted Offensive Lineman of the Year in District 5A-3 by opposing coaches. Blocked for an offensive line as a Senior that averaged 197.4-yards a game and 6.3-yards a carry. 

Commitment Details: Committed to OSU on Dec. 2 after being committed to UNT since June 21

Our Thoughts: He is physical, but I really like his hand placement and his strong arms to keep defensive linemen at a distance. His side-to-side movement is exceptional for a big man.
