Oklahoma State Signs 2026 Jenks (OK) RB Kaydin Jones

The best football player in the state of Oklahoma is a Cowboy once again.

Kaydin ‘KD-Batman’ Jones, RB, 6-0, 185, Jenka, Okla.

Athletic Traits: Exceptional athlete with next level speed, sub 4.5 – 40, He is a 100-meter and 200-meter runner in track.

High School Honors and Statistics: He was a 4-star prospect but now is a consensus 3-star prospect. He is multiple All-State, All-Area, and All-District perfomer and a top prospect in Oklahoma. He finishes his Jenks H.S. career with 4,757-yards and the all-time leading rusher in school history. He ran for 445-yards and eight touchdowns in a game against Mustang this season. As a junior he had 1,483-yards and 17 touchdowns. His sophomore season he rushed for 1,238-yards and 15 touchdowns. As a freshman at Broken Arrow, he had 1,264-yards and 11 touchdowns. His all-purpose yards are over 7,000. 

Commitment Details: He committed again to OSU on signing day after having committed to Kansas on Oct. 9 following de-committing from OSU on Sept. 23 after his initial commitment to OSU on March 26.

Our Thoughts: What can you say? He is fast, tough, and has proven to be durable. He can run through tackles, past defenders. He can catch the football and is an excellent kick returner. He can play defense and is rugged tackler on that side of the ball, but his defensive days are over.
