STILLWATER – Oklahoma State football coach Eric Morris has added Rolando Surita and Raj Murti as front office personnel for Cowboy Football. Surita will serve as chief of staff and Murti will serve as the program's general manager.
Surita will oversee administrative, recruiting and off-the-field operations for OSU. He has worked 12 years in college football and worked under Morris in various roles each of the past eight seasons, including stops at Incarnate Word, Washington State and North Texas. He also served as chief of staff at UIW in 2021 and at UNT from 2023-25. Prior to working for Morris, he began his career at UTSA from 2014-17.
A native of Houston, Surita completed his undergraduate degree at UTSA in 2017 and a master's degree at UIW in 2021.
Murti, who served as the general manager for North Texas football in 2025, has seven years of experience in college football, working in various roles at Houston from 2019-23, at TCU in 2024 and UNT in 2025. At OSU, he will oversee the roster, revenue sharing and personnel departments.
Murti graduated from Houston in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Finance.
