Oklahoma State Lands North Texas Offensive Line Transfer Johnny Dickson III
STILLWATER – Oklahoma State just landed an offensive line commitment out of the transfer portal as North Texas transfer, Johnny Dickson III, has committed to Eric Morris and Co.
The commitment comes while Dickson was in Stillwater on an official visit.
Checking in at 6-2, 296 pounds, Dickson is out of Corpus Christi, TX, and Flour Bluff HS.
Dickson played and started in all 13 games this past season for the Mean Green, playing over 750 snaps at right guard. He was a part of an offensive line unit which helped the Mean Green lead the nation in scoring offense and most rushing touchdowns on the season.
Dickson was ranked has the sixth-highest run blocking guard of the season in the American Conference.
The Mean Green had one of the best offensive units in the country in 2025, ranking first in the FBS with 512 yards per game, 18th in the FBS with 1.3 sacks per game allowed and 25th with 194.4 rushing yards per game.
He played in 10 games in 2024, starting in six of them. Prior to his time in Denton, Dickson played two seasons at Virginia Tech.
