STILLWATER – Pardon me for being a broken record, but it’s hard for me to ignore the absolute importance of protecting quarterback Drew Mestemaker. Come on, you have the nation’s leading passer from a year ago. He’s a quarterback everybody credits for being way ahead of the game physically as a passer, he’s mobile, and he’s an ace processor. Oh, and don’t forget that he is 12-3 as a starting quarterback in college.
