STILLWATER – Eric Morris has his quarterback in the 2027 class. Multi-sport standout Carson White has committed to Oklahoma State.

You can see in our 2027 offensive wish list from earlier this week White was the first QB listed.

White checks in at 6-2, 210 pounds. He is out of Iowa Colony HS in Rosharon, TX, which is due south of Houston. White currently holds several offers, including Auburn, Baylor, Duke, Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky, Nebraska, Texas Tech, UCF and Utah among others.

Last season as a junior, White led the Pioneers to a 12-2 overall record and a berth in the quarterfinals of the Texas 5A-2 playoffs. They finished Region III District 9 play with a 6-1 record and in second place.

On the season, White completed 63% of his passes for 1,963 yards and 32 touchdowns with six interceptions. He’s a dual threat quarterback. He also carried the ball for 678 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground.

Those numbers are coming off just as successful a sophomore season. He had 1,871 yards and 30 touchdowns and nine interceptions and 832 yards for 19 touchdowns.

As OSU teams have recruited over the years, White is a multi-sport standout athlete. He’s posted a 10.85 time in the 100 meters and 22.44 in the 200 meters this year alone, not to mention a 22-8.5 distance in the long jump.

White is also a standout baseball player in centerfield and at the plate as he holds multiple D1 offers for plays like you’ll see below.

White is currently ranked as the No. 28 overall quarterback in the 2027 class, the No. 57 overall prospect out of Texas the No. 417 overall prospect in the country according to the 247Sports composite.
