LaDainian Fields Set Himself Up to Stay and Make a Difference for His Future and OSU

STILLWATER – Last season Oklahoma State had a shortage in the secondary. This was moreso at safety but also at corner. Not playing was redshirt freshman LaDainian Fields. Fields had played well in fall camp as a freshman, but was frustrated when he didn’t play in the season and watched his cousin Rodney at running back get some action.

That frustration simmered and didn’t work well for him. Interim defensive coordinator Clint Bowen was desperate.
