STILLWATER – Steve Lutz and Co. have one less guard spot to fill for next season as Ryan Crotty has announced he’s returning to Oklahoma State for his sophomore season.
Crotty is a 6-6 guard of North Carolina who played in 28 games during his freshman season in Stillwater. He started in 10 games and averaged 2.5 points per game on 30% shooting from the floor, 30% from 3-point range and 75% from the free throw line in 10 minutes per game.
This was a season of growth and development for Crotty who will most likely end up with a larger role next season as one of just three returning players as of Thursday, April 9.
Crotty joins point guard Kanye Clary and center Ben Ahmed as the three who have already announced a return.
