STILLWATER – Steve Lutz and Co. have added a second player out of the transfer portal as Kashie Natt has committed to Oklahoma State, according to The Field of 68.

Natt was in Stillwater on an official visit on Monday.

Natt checks in at 6-3, 190 pounds and should be entering his final year of eligibility as he spent four seasons with LSU Alexandria and last season at Sam Houston State. Natt was named the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year and was named to the C-USA All-Defensive team as a grad student last season.

He started 34 of 34 games and played an average of 26.4 minutes per game. He was effective on the offensive end of the court as well. He averaged nearly 11 points per game on 43% shooting from the floor and 38% from 3-point range on 31-of-81 shooting. He also shot 78% from the free throw line on 103-of-132 shooting.

He was decent against Oklahoma State back on December 2. He recorded nine points and six rebounds in 28 minutes.

Rebounding was a strong suit for Natt. He averaged 8.2 boards per game and a total of 278 on the year, 77 on the offensive end and 201 on the defensive end. He recorded 69 steals, 17 blocks and 81 assists to 41 turnovers.

His defensive rebound percentage ranked 54th nationally and best in the C-USA. He was 20th in the country in steal percentage. He also recorded nine double-doubles on the season.
