NFL Draft: A Look at Where Cowboys Could Land
STILLWATER – What’s being considered one of the more-hyped NFL Drafts in recent years is finally here. There are at least four Oklahoma State players who are set to get drafted, so let’s take a look at those Cowboys and see where they could wind up.
The first round of the draft takes place tonight, Thursday, April 29, at 7 p.m. CT.
Pokes Report will have coverage on each Cowboy taken over the next three days.
Up first is Teven Jenkins, who is set to become the first First-Round draft pick for the Pokes since 2014 when Justin Gilbert was chosen by the Cleveland Browns with the No. 8 overall pick.

The bulk of the mock drafts produced over the various weeks leading up to the draft have Jenkins going anywhere between the 17th and 24th picks. If we’re talking about safe picks, a majority of the mocks I’ve seen just over the past few days show Teven landing in Chicago with the 20th pick.
Whether he goes as high as 17th to the Las Vegas Raiders, or 24th to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Teven is going to make a lot of money tonight.
Tylan Wallace is next on the list of draftable Cowboys and he’s a solid second-round prospect. ESPN’s Todd McShay has Wallace going to Green Bay with pick 62, which would be a great fit with Aaron Rodgers.

Rodarius Williams is up next and he’s the Cowboy who has improved his draft stock the most from 2019 to 2020. Easily improved from a late third-day prospect to possibly as high as a late second-round pick. However, there’s a few mocks showing him landing with Detroit in the third round.
Chuba Hubbard is next on the list. A big question with Hubbard is his durability. After posting a 2,000-yard season in 2019, he had two offseason surgeries and spent a good portion of the 2020 season hurt. There are a few mocks showing him going in the fourth round to Cincinnati and in the fifth to the Houston Texans.
