STILLWATER – Eric Morris and Co. are back on the recruiting grind as we head into the start of the 2026 season as they’ve extended two offers to 2027 prospects.
Jack Clayborne is a 6-8, 330-pound offensive tackle out of Madison, WI, who currently plays for NEO A&M up in Miami, OK. OSU has a long and rich history of recruiting players from NEO, including Sione Asi and Iman Oates.
Clayborne committed to Kansas State back on April 26, but also holds offers from South Alabama, Liberty, Missouri State, Texas State, UTEP and Western Kentucky.
This past season, NEO averaged 224 passing yards per game and were second in the league with 165.1 rushing yards per game.
Clayborne came out of Madison (WI) East HS in the 2024 class as an unranked prospect and turned himself into the No. 6 overall JUCO prospect and the No. 2 JUCO OT prospect in the country according to the 247Sports composite rankings.
Ray’Quan Williams is a 6-0, 165-pound receiver out of St. Augustine HS and New Orleans, LA in the 2027 class who is currently committed to Tulane.
This past season as a junior, Williams helped the Purple Knights to a 12-2 overall record and a berth into the Louisiana 5A State Championship game, where they lost to undefeated Edna Karr 28-14.
On the season, Williams was third on the team in receiving yards with 31 receptions for 647 yards and seven touchdowns. He was also 1-for-1 passing for 26 yards and a touchdown.
Williams currently holds more than 20 offers, including Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Florida, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Houston, Kentucky, LSU, Miami, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Vanderbilt among others.
