Houston may be the third best team this season in the Big 12. The old man Willie Fritz has the makings of a strong season. Oklahoma State could spoil it and push their season up a notch.

STILLWATER – If you have read our schedule preview in order, then you know that the first game that I really cited as a predictor of the season, besides the crucial performance in the opener at Tulsa, was the Big 12 opener at West Virginia. Tough place to play and a tough team rebuilt by a veteran coach in Rich Rodriguez.
