Do you even attempt to return after a 3rd on the same knee? At some point one has to consider long term health, as in being able to walk comfortably the rest of your life.

Yea, feel bad for him. Injured his entire time at OSU, and then again in the tournament. When it happened, you could tell he knew what it was. When I tore my labrum in my left hip, I knew exactly what I just did because I had previously tore it in my right. Is there a limit on how many times you can repair an ACL before it damages the integrity of the knee? Or becomes problematic in some other way?

I don't think there is a "limit" on the number of repairs, but the chance of reinjury goes up each time.

Terrible for Chris. Can't imagine why he was back on the court with a torn ACL. I hope he heals completely and quickly.
