STILLWATER – Mike Gundy apologized to the fans after the loss to South Alabama. “I feel awful for our fans. We had an unbelievable crowd and a full house, beautiful weather and beautiful night. The stadium was awesome and the atmosphere. We didn’t coach well enough, didn’t perform, and we didn’t execute.”

Gundy was very much right on the crowd and the atmosphere and that is what Blinn Junior College defensive end Brien Taylor Jr.

You would think that game was probably one of the worst game a recruit could attend.

No wonder he has second thoughts.

Can't imagine what's going to occur with recruiting and portal this upcoming year due to our coaching, or lack of coaching. Speechless. Hopefully Gundy's right on one thing....a game outcome normally isn't as good or as bad an indicator as it initially seems.

don't look now, but isn't the Sun Belt the best G5 conference? I think so.

In 2020 the Sun Belt beat #23 Iowa State, Kansas and Kansas State, 2022 was also a solid year for them

I get it, we shouldn't lose to so-called lower conferences, but we all know this isn't the first time, for us, or for any B12 team.

Cincy took it on the chin, TTech lost to a MW foe, I'm not looking them all up.....

We didn't just lose. We got man handled. Taken to woodshed in front of a sold out home crowd. Shellacked.
