Tylan Wallace Shines In Thursday Night Win Over Cincinnati

It was a great night for the Baltimore Ravens as they battled back from 14-point deficit in the third quarter to be AFC North divisional rival, the Cincinnati Bengals, 35-34.

But it was an even better night for former Oklahoma State star receiver, Tylan Wallace, as he posted a career performance three receptions for 115 yards and one touchdown. That performance included an 84-yard touchdown down the left side of the field, the same side of his punt return.

"I gave him one of the game balls," head coach John Harbaugh said in the postgame press conference. "I put my arm around him and said, 'Was that Deja vu all over again, that same sideline for a touchdown with that Tylan Wallace stride up the sideline?' That was beautiful. It was awesome. He's something else. He's quite a player. I'd say he's a little underrated. What do you think?"

It should look familiar to OSU fans as it featured multiple broken tackles and stiff arms, something we saw up in Ames against Iowa State.

"It feels great," Wallace said. "Like I said, I've always been happy to be able to make a difference for the team, make a difference in the game, so to be able to do something like that [for] the first time in my career, it feels awesome."

Entering the game, Tylan had just 12 career receptions for 98 yards and no touchdowns. It’s certainly possible we’ll be seeing more of Tylan throughout the season.
