Oklahoma State Adds Huge Utah Offensive Tackle Simona Fuailetolo to 2025 Class

STILLWATER – Of the official visitors for Oklahoma State football this weekend Midwest City (Carl Albert), Okla. linebacker Carl’Veon Young was already committed and now the Cowboys have added 6-6, 300 pound offensive tackle Simona Fuailetolo. That makes 16 commitments to the class and they might add a few more. This is all part of the major roster overhaul that you will see throughout the month of December with OSU football.

Fuailetolo actually told Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy of his decision on Tuesday, but as is often the case he needed to wait for the right artwork to use on his social media announcement. He is the pledge No. 17 for the Cowboys and he is the fourth offensive lineman in the class with Owasso’s Ryker Haff, TCA and Army All-American Jaylan Beckley, and former Frenship High School All-American Isaiah Kema, who is wrapping up his two-year mission to the Church of Latter Day Saints.

Fuailtolo was here with his parents for the weekend, arriving on Friday and then departing on Sunday. They took in the game on Saturday and spent extensive time with Oklahoma State offensive line coach Charlie Dickey, recruiting coach Zach Allen, and director of player development Beni Tonga. The group attended the Oklahoma State wrestling match on Friday night and were entertained by that show.

He was part of a strong offense this season and a playoff campaign at St. George’s (Desert Hills), Utah. The Thunder averaged 239.5-yards rushing a game and they averaged 403.5-yards per game total offense.

Oklahoma State is beating Florida, Kansas State, California, and Kansas on Fuailtolo and he visited both Florida and California.

His team finished 7-4 with a playoff win over Jordan and an elimination loss to Stansbury. It was a strong season for the Thunder and for Fuailetolo, who should be named All-State in Utah. He has already earned Class 4A All-State honors from this season.

Fuailetolo is an excellent student with a 3.3 GPA. His coach tells us he is an excellent teammate and the kind of player that you want on your team. His biggest strength as an offensive linemen is his hands and the way he locks on to thblocking target. Defenders cannot get away from Fuailetolo.

We need SEC type linemen.
But look at the size of the kid's mother. She is as big as Gundy.
