The TV announcers called "Gregory" for the OFFSIDES (since the play was allowed to continue), but the still frame does appear to be Oates that is offsides ... you can't really tell the difference between offsides and neutral zone infraction from a still frame since "action/movement" is required, and that angle is not "down the line".
besides blaming the refs is not a professional journalistic approach anyway.

isn't neutral zone infraction a dead ball 5-yard penalty, so the 4th down stop would not have mattered anyway?
