The "Brave New World" of college athletics is nauseating. It was once (at least on the face of it) a system of building young athletes in terms of physical skill and toughness, and more importantly, how to become a part of a team with loyalty to your brothers & sisters with a common mission. Then there are the people who have poured into a career with loyalty and dedication to the University, only to be turned out just because their loyalty and dedication wasn't poured into whoever is in charge at the moment. I just don't see the basis of of building young people & leaders anymore, not even within the few months of an athletic season. Now it is "what have you done for Me lately?" and "Show me the MONEY!" It is just disgusting.

STILLWATER – I took a tour of the West End Zone and the fourth floor on Thursday morning. It will likely be my last time up there for awhile, if not forever. Under Mike Gundy, I had complete trust and was up there often. Of course, I was part of the team as the sideline reporter on the Cowboy Network. I had a son that worked up there the past three-years. Virtually every office was empty, the signs by the doors all scrubbed.
