How Josh Hoover Leaving TCU Could Help/Hurt Oklahoma State Landing Drew Mestemaker

STILLWATER – There are currently at least six full-time starting quarterbacks with a four-star or better rating. There are 13 of the same ilk that are three-star or better in rating by the internet gurus that do that. That is a large number of quarterbacks and remember the transfer portal window doesn’t open until Jan. 2 and runs thru Jan. 16. That list of quarterbacks now includes TCU starter Josh Hoover and a talented dual threat quarterback in Aidan Chiles.
