Mt. Carmel 2027 OL Chase Clark Flipped From Oklahoma State to Purdue
STILLWATER – Eric Morris and Co. have their first recruiting flip out of Stillwater in the 2027 class as offensive lineman Chase Clark has flipped to Purdue.
Clark, who committed to Oklahoma State back on June 7 following his official visit, is listed at 6-4, 270 pounds and is out of Mount Carmel HS in Chicago, IL. This comes after Clark was West Lafayette, Indiana this past weekend on an official visit to Purdue.
The irony of the flip is offensive line coach, and main recruiter of Clark, is former OSU offensive lineman Zach Crabtree and former OSU offensive line coach Josh Henson is the offensive coordinator.
According to 247Sports, Clark is currently listed as the No. 1,607 ranked prospect in the class, the No. 129 ranked interior OL and the No. 51 prospect out of Illinois.
The Cowboys are now back down to eight commitments in the 2027 class.
