STILLWATER – Oklahoma State quarterback Drew Mestemaker continues to pick up national awards following his performance against Oregon as he was named the Walter Camp FBS Offensive Player of the Week.
He was also named the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Player of the Week and the Davey O’Brien National QB of the Week following receiving several awards on Monday, including a Manning Award Start of the Week, a Davey O’Brien Award Great 8 recipient and Burslworth Trophy Walk-on of the Week.
Mestemaker went 26-of-43 for 317 yards with two touchdowns and two picks, both interceptions were tipped passes at the line. He also added 109 yards and one touchdown on six carries, combing for 426 yards of total offense and three touchdowns.
