STILLWATER – Oklahoma State earned four Big 12 weekly words following the 41-24 win over West Virginia. Drew Mestemaker was named the Offensive Player of the Week, Ethan Wesloski the Defensive Player of Week and Sam Keltner the Special Teams Player of the Week.
Mestemaker completed 20-of-27 passes for 389 yards and three touchdowns with one interception. On the defensive side of the ball, Wesloski led all tacklers with 16 total tackles, seven of which were solo stops, with 0.5 sacks/0.5 tackles for loss.
Sam Keltner earned his second weekly honor as he went a perfect 4-for-4 on field goals, with kicks of 19 yards, 29, 30 and 47, and perfect 4-for-4 on extra points. He is now 10-for-10 on field goals and 15-for-15 on extra points.
The Pokes’ offensive line was also named the Big 12 Offensive Line of the Week as they protected Mestemaker to the tune of zero sacks. The offense also combined for 389 passing yards and 220 rushing yards for a total of 609 total yards.
