Seems we're taking a tactic of going after the best when the big name schools appear to be very much still in play more than in the past. It certainly could raise our status/NFL ties IF it works. I hope it's not detrimental to our prior approach of getting a lot of great (lessor star) players we could lock down before they committed to other programs. It will be interesting to see with upgraded recruiting staff and new DC.

EDMOND – The wait was close to three hours at Edmond Memorial High School on Wednesday (June 1) before the teams gathered (Edmond Memorial, Mustang, and Putnam City North) could get on the field as the rain and thunderstorms dampened the day. Inside Memorial High School the Broncos and head coach Lee Blankenship and his staff made good use of time with meetings in classrooms and walk thrus in the lunch and commons areas. That is where we caught up with a true high school graybeard.
