Poasa Utu Is a Camp Find, Sort Of, Now an Oklahoma State Commit

STILLWATER – Those of you who are long-time subscribers to Pokes Report know that Poasa Utu is one of my favorite types of recruiting stories. Call me the anti-five-star. Now, I love a tremendous and even well-hyped prospect as much as the next guy, especially when they live up to their billing. Mason Rudolph and Spencer Sanders as quarterbacks. I think Tylan Wallace was a four-star and he certainly lived up to his rating.
