This game should be about the Jimmy and the Joes, right?

Our roster top-to-bottom should be considerably better than KU's based on just the last 13 years alone - wins, recruiting rankings, bowl appearances, etc. Right?

Unfortunately, NO. Not this year.

This game will come down to OSU coaching, preparation, and schemes implemented this week, versus theirs. Plain and simple.

The KU staff has won at ALL previous stops, and they are markedly better and competitive in only a year-and-a-half on the J.O.B. in Lawrence. They are coming off of a bye. They are rested. Hell, Leopold texted Klein congratulations on dismantling us last weekend! And, Daniels is playing; he's been practicing for 2 weeks now.

This will be a battle of the X's and O's. And it shouldn't be. Hopefully our staff can match up in that department? I sure hope so.

This game always worried me … and that was before the 48-0 debacle.

X's and O's be damned … just grind out another culture win!

48-0 shows we aren't very good. All that was at stake was being eliminated most likely from the championship game! Momentum and " snowball running downhill " are just code words for we sucked but more importantly, we QUIT. That's something no other OSU team has done that I've witnessed!

Pitiful to watch is an understatement and leaves you less impressed or respectful of this collection of Cowboys from a competitor standpoint and actual ability standpoint against the top of the league. Our margin of error is minuscule against anybody with a pulse and that is the entire conference this year. We aren't very talented in numerous position groups and not improving either.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lose out or win one or two more. It depends on if we have quit or still have some players that give a damn! The KSU debacle pretty much destroyed MY give a damn for this year because if the players don't care enough to compete why should fans watch?

The line has moved to KU -1. Would seem Vegas thinks Sanders is out. If so, it's gonna be tough sledding.
