Oklahoma State Gets Multiple AP All-Big 12 Honors
STILLWATER – The postseason honors continue to roll in for Oklahoma State as the Pokes received multiple AP All-Big 12 selections, including a four First Team nods.
First Team
- OL Josh Sills
- LB Malcolm Rodriguez
- CB Jarrick Bernard-Converse
- S Kolby Harvell-Peel
Second Team
- WR Tay Martin
- DE Brock Martin
- DE Collin Oliver
- CB Christian Holmes
Baylor head coach Dave Aranda won Big 12 Coach of the Year, but Mike Gundy received the five vots that didn’t go to Aranda and Baylor safety Jalen Pitre won Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, with Malcolm Rodriguez receiving five votes.
This marks the second All-Big 12 First Team honors this season for Sills, Rodriguez, Bernard-Converse and Harvell-Peel as they were named All-Big 12 by the conference. This also marks the second All-Big 12 Second Team honors this season for Tay Martin, Oliver and Christian Holmes as they were named All-Big 12 by the conference as well.
As for Rodriguez, he’s also started to have First Team All-America nods roll in the past couple of days from multiple national outlets.
